Until now. SO MUCH FUN YOU WON'T NOTICE THE BURNING The Wii Fit offers great exercise for mild muscle toning, balance, and flexibility but little when it comes to actual cardiovascular exercises. The belt slides around and the wii remote tucked into the holder on the belt is not easy to remove when you need to use it which is frequent. It seems that at the beginner level all you need to do is keep moving regardless of whether you are following the same movements.
